You’ll also get prompts to help you jump start your workbook creation process. One of the great things about this training is that it can be applied to any AI tool. My favorite tool is Marketing Magic, but I’ve also used the same method with ChatGPT.
Step 3: Transcribe Your Training
Get or take the transcript for your training and use the prompts provided to start creating the Workbook content. (again you can use AI to help with this)
Step 4: Create Your Workbook
Take the output from your chosen AI tool and start adding it to your workbook, you can use Canva, Google Docs, or any other software you like.

- How easy is it to learn and use AI for creating workbooks?You might be wondering if you need a tech degree to get started. Spoiler alert: you don't! But let's dive into just how user-friendly this whole AI thing really is. First you’ll need access to an AI tool, a free ChatGPT account will work, you’ll also need to have whatever training you are creating the workbook for transcribed. Then use the transcripts and the prompts provided to start generating the content for your workbook.
- What kind of time savings can I expect from using AI-powered tools compared to doing it manually?Time is precious, right? Let's talk about how much of it you can reclaim by letting AI do the heavy lifting. When I would manually create a workbook from a training I would need to rewatch the training, take the necessary notes, then translate that into workbook material. It would take me a minimum of 1 hour from start to finish to create a workbook for a 30 minute training. With AI, it takes just 10 minutes.
- What kind of support or training is available to help me get started?Nobody likes being left in the lurch. If you’re stuck you can always reach out to me via bloggerbreakthrough.com/support.
- What are the costs involved, and are there any hidden fees?You can absolutely implement this strategy using free tools, but you may find yourself wanting to use paid tools instead, for example instead of free ChatGPT, a paid ChatGPT account or my favorite tool Marketing Magic. You can use Descript which has a free plan for transcribing, but if you do a lot of transcribing each month you may need to upgrade to a paid plan or other tool (personally, I use happyscribe). So you can use this strategy without paying for tools to implement, but you may decided to use paid tools too, it’s really up to you.
