- How is the annual plan different from the monthly membership?With the monthly membership, you have to choose between beginner, intermediate, or advanced sessions. For $9/month you get access to only the level of sessions you choose. I do this because access to all three levels on a month-to-month basis can be overwhelming, whereas committing to your blog for a year, makes having access to that much information more manageable.
And because you're committing to your blog for a full year, I include some extra bonuses to help you move even faster.
So with the annual plan, you don't have to choose between beginner, intermediate, or advanced, you'll get access to all of them! - Does this membership come with live support/what if I have questions?There is a monthly Live Q&A call to help you on your blogging journey. If you have questions about your account you can always contact us at support@elizabethstapleton.com
There is also a lesson inside the membership to help you manage your account on your own. - Can I cancel anytime?Yup! Inside the membership is a section called “membership details” that includes step-by-step how to manage your membership subscription.
However, please note that because of the software I use, once you cancel your subscription you will immediately lose access to the membership content. - Do you have a refund policy?Due to the digital nature of this product, I do not offer refunds.

- What timezone are the calls in?The calls are listed in Pacific Time.
- Accessibility - are there captions?There are edited closed captions for all sessions from 2021, 2022, and 2023. I'm still processing through creating edited captions for sessions from 2020.
